Hold on to your hats, folks! The drama surrounding the Smiths just keeps on comin'. This time, Jada Pinkett Smith is facing some serious heat, accused of threatening a longtime friend of her hubby, Will Smith.

Bilaal Salaam, who claims he's been Will's bestie for nearly four decades, has slapped Jada with a lawsuit, alleging she went full-on gangster on him.

According to the legal docs, the alleged smackdown went down at Will's birthday bash back in September 2021. Picture this: Regency Calabasas Common, a celeb-studded party, and then… BAM! Drama!

Salaam claims Jada, flanked by her entourage (apparently, she rolls deep), confronted him in the lobby. He alleges she got all up in his face, warning him that if he kept spilling her "personal business," he'd "end up missing or catch a bullet."

And if that wasn’t enough, Salaam claims Jada demanded he sign a non-disclosure agreement, "or else!" Talk about a birthday buzzkill!

But wait, there's more! Salaam alleges one of Jada's associates followed him to his car, continuing the verbal barrage. Seriously, what is going on?

The plot thickens! Salaam claims that after he refused to help with crisis management following The Slap (you know, Will's infamous Oscars moment), a "retaliatory campaign" was launched against him. Ouch!

He says he refused to do things he thought were shady, claiming the tasks were "illegal, unethical, or morally compromising." Sounds like someone was asked to do some seriously dirty work.

But the lawsuit doesn't stop there. Salaam is also accusing Jada of "intentional infliction of emotional distress." Buckle up, because this is where it gets really juicy.

Remember when Jada told TMZ she'd never seen Will engage in any same-sex sexual or intimate behavior? Well, Salaam claims that's a big, fat lie.

He alleges he'd already released a viral video showing Will getting a little too handsy with Alfonso Ribeiro (think groping and whatnot) right in front of Jada and their kids! Ribeiro, for his part, has stayed mum on the whole situation.

Salaam's legal team claims Jada's denial was a calculated move to discredit him, making him look like a liar and damaging his reputation. This is getting messy!

The lawsuit further alleges that a manager, acting on Jada's behalf, threatened Salaam to "work something out" regarding a memoir he was planning to release, warning him to "end this feud before you get physically hurt."

Salaam claims all this alleged "malicious, intentional, and reckless conduct" has destroyed his reputation, tanked his health, and left him with serious financial and emotional scars.

So, what's he asking for? A cool $3 million in damages! Cha-ching!

So far, Team Smith isn't talking. Reps for Will and Jada have remained suspiciously silent, dodging Page Six's requests for comment. Crickets!

This isn't the first time Salaam has thrown shade at the Smiths. Back in November, he claimed he caught Will in a compromising position with actor Duane Martin.

Will's rep quickly shot down those claims, calling the story "completely fabricated" and "unequivocally false." TMZ has the full story.
