Is the honeymoon officially over for Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker? It looks like this divorce is about to get MESSY.
Just weeks after the *Real Housewives of Atlanta* star filed for divorce, Tucker, her soon-to-be ex-husband, has reportedly clapped back with some legal bombshells of his own.

According to court documents obtained by *Us Weekly*, Tucker is gunning for primary custody of their two youngest children, Ace, 9, and Blaze, 6. Cue the dramatic reality TV music!
Tucker claims the kids are currently bunking with him in the ATL while Burruss jets around the country for work. Is Kandi a busy mogul or an absentee mom, according to Todd’s lawyers?

He alleges that Burruss's hectic schedule will keep her away for "at least the next several months.” Ouch! Talk about throwing shade.
The paperwork suggests Tucker is hoping to keep things civil. "The parties have been working cooperatively," it states. But is this just legal lip service?

However, the filing also makes it clear that if they can’t reach an agreement, Tucker will be "seeking primary physical custody, joint legal custody and final decision-making authority.” Translation: He wants to be in charge.
He did acknowledge Kandi as "a loving and capable parent.” So, maybe there's still some love there... buried under layers of legal jargon.

But wait, there’s more! Tucker is also taking aim at their prenuptial agreement. Now *that's* where things get really interesting.
Tucker alleges he was pressured into signing the prenup without proper legal counsel *right before* their April 2014 wedding. Can you imagine the stress?
His attorneys claim Burruss's legal team presented the final agreement "immediately before the wedding ceremony, without any notice to or consultation with [Tucker’s team].” Sneaky move, or standard practice?

Tucker's legal eagles argue these circumstances "raise substantial questions concerning the enforceability of said document.” He’s basically saying the prenup might not be worth the paper it’s written on.
If the prenup crumbles, Tucker wants a "division of all marital assets.” We’re talking real estate, bling, and everything in between, honey!

And if he manages to void the prenup, he's also reportedly angling for primary physical custody, joint legal custody, and *potentially* alimony. Ka-ching!
Page Six has reached out to Burruss's camp for comment but hasn’t heard back yet. The silence is DEAFENING.

The drama unfolds just a month after Burruss publicly announced the split. She admitted on Amazon Live that the breakup had "been brewing for a while.”
Despite the impending divorce, the pair put on a united front for their daughter's birthday and Thanksgiving. Maybe they’re trying to keep things amicable for the kids?

Remember, this isn’t Tucker’s first rodeo as a dad. He also has a 29-year-old daughter, Kaela, from a previous relationship. Burruss has a 23-year-old daughter, Riley, from a prior relationship as well.
So, what’s next for Kandi and Todd? Will they reach a peaceful resolution, or is this divorce destined for a reality TV showdown? Only time (and the courts) will tell.

One thing's for sure: this divorce is shaping up to be juicier than a peach from the ATL.
Grab your popcorn, folks. This is going to be a wild ride!
