Is there trouble in paradise for Amy Schumer and hubby Chris Fischer? The rumor mill is churning, and the comedian is finally addressing the whispers about her marriage.
In a recent Instagram Reel, Schumer got real about her life, dropping hints and deflecting speculation with equal measure. The video, a casual peek into her home life, featured her and Fischer alongside their adorable son, Gene, giving a tour of his bedroom.

But amidst the Legos and race cars, a more serious message was subtly woven in. Schumer addressed the elephant in the room: the state of her marriage.
"Whatever ends up happening with me and Chris has nothing to do with weight loss or autism," she declared in white text overlaid on the video. Cryptic much?
She didn't stop there, adding, "Fingers crossed we make it through. He's the best." Aww, is that a sign of hope? Or a subtle admission that things are, shall we say, complicated?

And of course, ever the comedian, Schumer ended her caption with a simple, "Questions?" leaving fans to wonder what exactly she meant.
Adding fuel to the fire, Schumer was spotted sans wedding ring in some recent Instagram posts. GASP! Is this a sign of impending doom? Or just a comfortable celeb ditching the bling for a day?

Her rep previously told People that the couple is "committed to the relationship" but "privately working through normal issues that couples in long-term marriages have." So, basically, they're going through what everyone else goes through, just with more paparazzi.
Schumer and Fischer, a chef, tied the knot in a surprise Malibu ceremony back in February 2018, just three months after going public with their romance. Their connection has always seemed genuine, with Schumer often sharing candid anecdotes about their relationship.

Remember that time she told Ellen DeGeneres it was "hard to have sex when you're married?" Classic Amy!
But it's not just marriage rumors Schumer tackled in her Insta video. She also addressed her recent weight loss, setting the record straight on why she slimmed down.
Forget trying to "look hot," Schumer revealed her weight loss was due to a much more serious reason: surviving Cushing syndrome.

“I really didn’t want to explain this, but I felt I had to,” she said, explaining that her weight loss was a consequence of dealing with a health issue, not some Hollywood-driven quest for the perfect body.
For those not in the know, Cushing syndrome "occurs when your body makes too much of the hormone cortisol over a long period of time.”

Schumer bravely shared her diagnosis earlier this year after the "internet chime[d] in" and helped her connect the dots. Amy Schumer's Instagram has become a place where she can discuss all sorts of things.
It sounds like the internet sleuths were right this time.

So, what's the verdict on Amy and Chris? Are they headed for splitsville? Or are they just navigating the ups and downs of marriage like the rest of us? Only time will tell.
But one thing's for sure: Amy Schumer isn't afraid to keep it real, even when it's messy. And that's why we love her.
Fans online have praised her "honesty and transparency."

Even Judd Apatow chimed in, joking that he "need[ed] a larger type face with more contrast" on the text in the video.
Stay tuned, folks, because this story is far from over.
