Early Tuesday, Kimmy K took to Instagram Stories, giving followers a sneak peek into her winter wonderland...or, according to some, a winter wasteland of excess.

The clip showcased a hallway practically bursting with illuminated Christmas trees. Each tree was frosted with faux snow, creating what Kim described as an "insane" sensory experience.

"OK, we just finished decorating for the holidays," Kim gushed in the video. "I can't even begin to explain to you what this smells like and feels like… It’s pretty insane. Look at the hallway."

But not everyone was feeling the holiday cheer. Some viewers thought the reality star had gone full-throttle overboard. Was it a festive fantasy or a gaudy gaffe?

"Absolutely unnecessary, this [is] why she can't pass the bar 😂," one user quipped, referencing Kim's ongoing legal studies. Ouch!
