Aubrey O'Day is wading into the murky waters surrounding Sean "Diddy" Combs, and the story is getting darker by the minute. The former Danity Kane singer finds herself at the center of a disturbing allegation: Did she endure a horrific assault at the hands of her former boss?
In 50 Cent's explosive new Netflix docuseries, "Sean Combs: The Reckoning," a bombshell affidavit read by O'Day has tongues wagging. The statement, from an unnamed woman, paints a grim picture: a seemingly incapacitated O'Day allegedly being sexually violated by Diddy and another man.

The affidavit details a chilling scene, with O'Day "sprawled out on a leather couch looking very inebriated," naked from the waist down, and reportedly being penetrated by Combs while another man allegedly forced himself on her.
But here's where it gets even more complicated. O'Day, now 41, insists she has absolutely no memory of the alleged incident. In fact, she claims such a scenario would have been highly unlikely. "I don’t drink at all. It’s never been an issue with me," she declared.

So, what's the truth? Was this woman mistaken? Could she be lying? Or is O'Day simply unable to recall a traumatic event? The singer grapples with these questions in the documentary, clearly conflicted and deeply troubled.
"Does this mean I was raped? Is that what this means?" O'Day asks, her voice laced with pain and confusion. "I don’t even know if I was raped, and I don’t want to know. I don’t want to find out any more what that woman has to say."

The "Show Stopper" singer is caught in a terrible bind. While she's understandably hesitant to believe the worst, she's also acutely aware of the potential consequences of discrediting a possible victim.

O'Day states firmly, "If she made it up, I would be compelled to take her the f--k down.” But then comes the crushing realization: "And you realize the burden that that puts on my soul for the past year, which is if I expose one victim who’s got a civil lawsuit, that gives Diddy and his legal team credit to take down everybody else as potential liars."
It's a no-win situation, and O'Day feels the weight of it all. "It goes right back on my shoulders, just like that. The weight of that man and his bulls--t … I will never get up from under it," she laments.

So far, reps for Combs have remained silent on the matter, despite repeated attempts to reach them.
But the accusations don't stop there. O'Day also alleges she was "groomed" during her time in Danity Kane, handpicked by Diddy for her looks and subjected to a different set of expectations.

"Diddy made it clear that I was ‘the looker,’" she alleges. "I remember that phrase a lot. He was separating me and there was a different set of expectations from me, and I just naturally float into the grooming.”
And if that weren't enough, O'Day claims Diddy sent her explicit photos via email, even reading aloud one particularly disturbing message in the docuseries.

The alleged email, reportedly from Combs, reads: "I don’t wanna just f--k you. I wanna turn you out. I can see you being with some motherf--ker that you tell what to do. I make my woman do what I tell her to do, and she loves it."
It continues with graphic language: "I just want — and like — to do things different. I’ma finish watching this porn and finish masturbating. I’ll think of you, happy face. If you change your mind and get ready to do what I say, hit me. Happy face. God bless, Diddy. God is the greatest.”

Just six months later, O'Day found herself unceremoniously booted from Danity Kane. Was it a coincidence? O'Day doesn't think so.
"I absolutely felt that I was fired for not participating sexually, but I also found out later that [fellow Danity Kane member] Dawn [Richard] and Puff were recording a different project," she claims.

"I was the star of the show, and Puff needed to move that entire audience over to a new project.”

While Combs is currently serving a 50-month prison sentence for unrelated charges (transportation for prostitution), these new allegations add fuel to the already raging fire surrounding his past behavior.
He's scheduled for release in June 2028, but the cloud of accusations seems destined to linger long after he walks free.
