Talk about girl power! "It has always been super inspiring to me," Angela continued, "and to be uttered in the same breath as them, and some of the other brilliant names that are in the mix, is just very flattering.”
She acknowledged the magical chemistry between Claudia and Tess, emphasizing how crucial that dynamic is for the show's success. "So there's, you know, lots of different things to play for, but I would certainly answer the call," she coyly added.
Strictly devotees are practically throwing glitter cannons in excitement at the thought of Angela joining the hosting team. One fan declared on social media that she's the "best and realistic candidate" to inherit Claudia's crown, praising her wit, charm, and extensive BBC presenting experience.

"For me, she was so brilliant and she was improving so much. I was gutted to see her go out, prematurely in my mind."
But fear not, she has other favorites! "Lewis and Katya are unbelievable, but for me, my winners are Carlos and Karen," she revealed.

"So if there's any entertaining happening, he's quite into that, so I let him rip and then I dress the table with nice things." Teamwork makes the dream work, right?
Angela, a mum of two (Marnie, 3, and Ruby, 7), spends Christmas Day zipping across Ireland with her husband, Roy Horgan, to visit family. Talk about dedication!
And when it comes to gifts, she's all about keeping it real. She even confessed that the worst gift she ever gave her hubby was an IOU note for glasses! We've all been there.
Angela also has some thoughts on over-the-top Christmas gifting, sharing: "I would say Santa is quite inconsistent in our household…I have issues with people who go to obscene levels of indulgence at Christmas with gifting – it doesn’t feel right. It puts so much pressure financially on people and expectations."
